We have several teams that work together to support the mission and ministry of our congregation. A brief description of each is below along with the current team members. If interested, you are welcome to join at anytime!

Church Council - participate in the short and long-term planning and visioning for the congregation; elected to a 2-year term. Meetings held monthly. Computer Team - provide technical support for office computers on an as-needed basis. Members: Gary Dreier, Lois Jeske, George Kolstad, Eric Magee

Finance Team - monitor and manage the finances of the congregation, includes positions of co-treasurers; oversees financial secretaries, Sunday counters, audit team. Meetings held monthly. Foundation Board - serve on the Board of Directors to administer gifts and bequests provided to the Foundation and to expend the income or principal for religious, charitable, benevolent and educational uses of the church. ISAIAH Core Team - work on social and economic justice issues that affect our local community as a coalition of 90 congregations in Minnesota dedicated to acting on a vision of community, hope, justice, and God's shared abundance for all people. Meetings held monthly and as needed around events and actions taking place. Outreach Team - identify, encourage implementation of, and coordinate activities that serve the community and develop ongoing relationships with community members and organizations. Personnel Team - establish and facilitate the implementation of policies, processes and practices to ensure employees of Christ Lutheran (1) receive consistent, supportive and appropriate treatment, (2) share with supervision a common understanding of expectations, and (3) are aware of ways to raise questions or concerns. Property Team - maintain church building, complete renovation projects as needed, coordinate projects required by outside vendors. Meetings held monthly. Members: Dave Nass (Chair), Helen Bandow, Gary Dreier, Clayton Knutson, Carolyn Knutson, George Kolstad, Bob Lawson, Ken Nosbusch, Scott Seitz

Worship Team - review and evaluate worship practices, develop materials that provide guidance for special services, such as marriage and burial. Work with the Pastor to develop plans for Advent and Lenten Evening Prayer services, arrange periodic fine arts events, provide for liturgical symbols such as banners or chancel furnishings, etc. Meetings held monthly. Youth and Education Team - plan and implement Sunday School curriculum, partner with VIBE youth ministry, support summer KICKS program, review summer camp opportunities for children and youth, coordinate various activities throughout the year such as Confirmation Sunday, Intergenerational events, etc. Meetings held monthly.
